About Me

Hi! My name is Anya and I'm an 8th grade student at Ridgecrest Intermediate.  I was born in Connecticut to immigrant parents but was raised in California. My favorite subject is language arts and I'm an honest and empathetic person who likes to believe that she's really funny. I love teaching language arts because I think it's so special to watch kids learn to love reading and to express themselves through writing. I've been an avid pet lover from a young age. I've taught a summer camp for elementary students and have been pet sitting for family friends for years.
